* Pets are not permitted 
* No Loud Music & Excess Noise after 11pm 
* No Jetskis permitted 
* No Smoking in rooms
* Fires permitted only in designated fire pit area 

DECEMBER & JANUARY
Bookings are to be paid in full 3 weeks prior to check in. Bookings cancelled less than 21 days (3 weeks) prior to arrival will incur full rate. 
Deposit is due on confirmation of booking receipt.
50% deposit required for all bookings. Balance of booking to be paid 21 days (3 weeks) prior to arrival.
